• Fundamental understanding of web design and e-commerce ecosystems
• Ability to perform well in multi-projects and tasks
• Great attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to learn quickly with a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and oral communication skills
• Ability to work 40 hours per week from 9 am – 6pm PST
• Ability to adapt the multicultural environment
• Interested in building a startup
• Reliable workstation with a highly-configured and fast computer, microphone and speakers, reliable and strong network connection, and stable power connection

Roles and Responsibilities for Junior Full Stack Developer

• Transform complicated layout PSD into pixel-perfect presentation-layer with HTML5/CSS3 templates
• Create responsive web designs with strong knowledge in WordPress, Shopify, or BigCommerce
• Create optimized images for the web effectively using Photoshop, Illustrator, and Frameworks
• Working efficiently in version control systems like GIT or SVN
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to handle multiple projects with a multi-tasking mindset
• Produce high-quality works with a strong focus.
